Activities

Daily schedules include lots of learning activities disguised as fun and play. The schedule includes a mix of noisy, quiet, musical, arts and crafts, outdoor, dramatic play, reading and science.  There is a one to two hour quiet time, depending on age, wherein the child can unwind. If the child is not sleepy, he may participate in quiet activities.

Parents may bring a sheet or blanket which should be washed weekly. Cots are provided.

Children go outside daily unless the weather is extremely hot or cold.  Please dress kids appropriately.  If your child is too ill to participate in the daily activitiy schedule, he should not be in attendance at school for the day.   

Overnight children should bring necessary items for morning grooming including toothbrush, and appropriate clothing for the next morning.  The center provides breakfast for the child.
