Admission

All families are welcome! We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, or disability in admission or access to employment or to our programs or activities. A file must be completed on each child prior to admission to include:

• application information
  
• physical exam with complete blood count, varicella, tb, lead, hepatitis and all other immunizations
  
• dental exam
  
• all forms, releases, statements required by center/licensing

Only the emergency contact persons listed in your file will be allowed to act on your behalf. Photo ID is required. Please feel free to ask questions.

Tuition/Fees

There is a non refundable registration fee of $50.00 for the first child, and $25.00 for the second child. Remaining children in the family pay zero registration fee. Tuition rates are subject to change.  Please call for fee information. Kim's Kids accepts state subsidy. Monthly fees are due, in full, on the first business day of each month, and weekly fees are due each Monday.  There is a  $10.00 holiday premium  per family, paid in advance of the holiday.  KK does not accept cash payments, but will accept money orders, credit cards and personal checks with DL, and state ID. No admission is permitted until fees are paid. 

Parents who have not presented a schedule requiring extended hours will not be permitted to attend before 6 a.m.,  after 6 p.m., or on weekends.  Families must adhere to the agreed upon schedule of attendance, and may not arbitrarily make changes to expected times of arrival.  Late fees will apply.  When parents are late, KK will make every effort to reach a parent or alternate before contacting authorities.  Please keep all phone numbers current.
