Staff

The center is staffed with employees who have expertise in the field of early childhood and a love for children. Staff must provide proof of their education and experience and must undergo a complete physical exam including tuberculosis and hepatitis. Backgrounds are checked through the state registry and three letters of reference are required. Staff members are trained in CPR, and participate in seminars and classes to enhance their childcare skills. At Kim's Kids, we love kids!

Child Abuse

Staff is mandated to report any suspicion of child abuse. No staff is allowed to use corporal punishment or abuse a child in any manner.
